Five years represent more than a milestone. They reflect the commitment, challenges and teamwork behind a company's development.

On April 22, CIANSUNG held its fifth-anniversary celebration and team-building event at Jinshazhou No. 1 Manor, bringing employees together for a day of activities, team interaction and celebration.

A Day of Team Activities

The day's activities began with an outdoor barbecue beside a small river.

Employees worked together throughout the preparation, taking responsibility for different tasks including preparing the fire, cooking and grilling. After the preparations, everyone gathered around the traditional wood-fired stove to enjoy local dishes and grilled food together.

The relaxed setting provided an opportunity for employees to spend time together outside the workplace.

Building Teamwork Through Activities

In the afternoon, CIANSUNG organized a series of outdoor team-building activities on the open lawn, followed by a team-based laser tag game at the manor.

These activities highlighted the importance of communication, trust and teamwork. Each person plays a role in achieving a common goal, and successful teamwork depends on people working together and supporting one another.

Looking Ahead to the Next Five Years

The anniversary celebration continued with an evening dinner in the manor's banquet hall.

During the event, CIANSUNG General Manager Li Fengxue reviewed the company's development and thanked employees for their efforts and contributions over the previous five years.

He also introduced the company's plans for the next five years and encouraged employees to work together toward the company's future development.

A lucky draw was held during the evening, with a range of prizes prepared for employees as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions.

Employees also participated in performances and interactive activities throughout the dinner.
