On March 11, 2026, CIANSUNG successfully shipped a customized automation production line to an electronics manufacturing customer in Vietnam.

Designed specifically around the customer's stamping and assembly requirements, the system integrates industrial robotics and machine vision to automate key production processes. The project represents another step forward in CIANSUNG's international business development and growing presence in Southeast Asian manufacturing markets.

Designed Around Customer Production Requirements

As manufacturing continues to develop across Southeast Asia, demand for customized automation equipment and robotic production solutions is increasing.

For this project, CIANSUNG developed an integrated automation solution based on the customer's specific stamping and assembly requirements. The production line combines industrial robots with machine vision to automate two key processes:

• Automated robot loading and unloading
• Vision-guided robotic screwdriving and assembly

By automating these operations, the system is designed to improve production efficiency and product consistency while reducing dependence on manual operations and minimizing fluctuations in production quality.

Support Beyond Equipment Delivery

For an international automation project, equipment delivery is only one part of the overall project process.

Once the equipment arrives at the customer's factory in Vietnam, CIANSUNG service engineers will provide on-site support for equipment assembly, commissioning and trial production.
